Let’s face it, after a week of lifting barbells, climbing ropes, jumping on boxes and running sprints, a person needs some downtime to recover. At UPT CrossFit we believe that your work days are only as good as your rest days and that effective training necessitates effective recovery. In the UPT Recovery class, participants will be guided through a one hour full body stretching and muscle relaxation session by a qualified, professional trainer.
When the class is over you will have a chance to hang out in our recovery lounge, grab a protein shake, watch some TV and just veg.
