UPT PERSONAL TRAINING

Geared towards clients who prefer one on one attention, UPT CrossFit offers individual or small group personal training sessions. Using many of the techniques practiced in our CrossFit and OLY classes, certified trainers will build customized programs to suit each client’s specific fitness needs and objectives.

Dynamic workouts, motivation, focused attention to detail and form, targeted results, sports-specific programs, nutritional guidance – UPT CrossFit personal training clients get unparalleled coaching support.

Whether shy, new to training, returning after an injury or wanting a little extra guidance to get to the next level, personal training is a great way to amp up fitness, surpass goals and get results, faster.

*Please note that personal training appointments are available in the gym or off-site.
