UPT CrossFit makes getting into CrossFit easy. Sign up for our free “Fundamentals” class specifically designed for new members and/or first-time CrossFitters and we’ll guide you through your first CrossFit experience, making sure you learn the basics necessary to jump right into our group classes
Our one hour intro classes are held multiple times throughout the week; making it easy to find one that fits into your schedule. Classes are kept small to ensure that you get the personalized attention you need to learn the form and technique of the movements and fundamentals of practicing CrossFit safely.
